One of the most common problems we see are cracked screens. It is easily done, drop your tablet and the screen cracks. Most of the time it is just the upper layer touch screen digitizer. If you are really unlucky it can be the LCD as well. It is easy to tell though. Can you see the screen underneath the cracked glass? If so it is just the digiitzer. Can't see the picture in some places? Then i'm afraid it is the LCD as well.
